These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply when you download or use the AIdrobe app (the "App"). Please read them carefully. By using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
AIdrobe is an AI wardrobe and styling assistant. You can catalogue your clothes, get outfit suggestions, plan daily outfits and create virtual try-on images from your own photos.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos and text you add to the App. You keep ownership of your content and give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the App's features.
Prohibited content
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
- depicts children or minors;
- contains nudity or sexual content;
- depicts violence, illegal acts or cruelty;
- infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
- is harassing, abusive, defamatory or hateful.
We may suspend access to the App if these rules are broken.
AI results
Analyses, suggestions and try-on images are generated by artificial intelligence. They are simulations and may not accurately show real fit, fabric, proportions or colour. We do not guarantee that AI results are error-free.
Subscriptions and payments
- Some features require a paid subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design and brand, belongs to AIdrobe and is protected by law. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies to your use of the App.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIdrobe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services such as Google Firebase, fal.ai, RevenueCat, PostHog and Apple. We are not responsible for their availability or content.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the App if you break these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
